Order

When will I receive my order confirmation?

Shortly after you have submitted your order we will send you an email with your order confirmation. Please note that sometimes the email ends up in the spam folder. If you have not received an order confirmation, please contact our customer service as something may have gone wrong.

How can I cancel my order?

Contact our Customer Services as soon as possible if you wish to cancel an order you have placed. If we have already dispatched your order, it will treated as a return (see Returns & Reclamations for more information on this) and charges may apply.

Can I change my order afterwards?

Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee to make any changes after you have placed your order. However, if the order has not yet been dispatched, please contact us as soon as possible and we will see if it's possible for us to adjust the order.

Delivery

How much does shipping cost?

We offer free delivery for orders over CHF 49. If your total is less than CHF 49, we charge a delivery fee of CHF 7.95.

How long is the delivery time?

Our delivery time is usually 1-5 working days from the order date. Our warehouse usually ships the order the same day or the next business day. However, it can sometimes take 1-2 days longer due to shipping company delays or an unusually heavy workload.

Do I have to pay customs duty?

No, as a Swiss company all our products are sent from our warehouse in Wallisellen ZH.

How will my order be shipped?

All out packages are sent with SwissPost. Orders containing only 21x30cm posters may be sent as a protective letter instead of as a parcel.

What happens if I refuse acceptance?

Unaccepted parcels will be returned to us and we will charge a fee of CHF 30 for the returned parcel. The fee covers the price of shipping, failed delivery fee, as well as picking, packaging and processing.

Payment

What payment options do you offer?

At nordipo.ch we accept the following credit cards: VISA, Mastercard and American Express.

Furthermore, we also the following payments: PayPal, Twint, and PostFinance.

We also accept Sofort Bank Transfer, as well as Klarna's "Buy now, pay later" payment solution.

Returns & Reclamations

How long can I return my order?

We offer a 30-day return policy. This means that as long as you contact our customer service within 30 days of receiving your products, you have the right to return your order.

How do I register a return?

Please contact our customer service and provide your order number and we will send you further instructions. You will find your order number in the order confirmation we sent you by email.

Do I have to pay a fee for the return?

A return fee of CHF 9 will be deducted from the refund.

Can I exchange a product?

Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges. If you want to exchange a product, it will be handled like a normal return. This means you have to return the product you want to exchange so that we can refund your money. You can then place a new order on our website of the products you want instead.

What do I have to do to file a complaint?

If we send you the wrong products by mistake or if a product sent to you is defective, we will do our best to help you as soon as possible. Contact our customer service, quote your order number and send a photo of the damaged/incorrectly delivered products and we will help you immediately.

How do I get my refund?

We will return the money to your account within 5-14 working days after we have received your return.
